The last day to purchase insurance for chromebooks is Friday, September 29th. This applies to the whole district. Cost is $30 cash or check (payable to CBOE).
After Friday, Parents and Guardians will be responsible for damages to chromebooks if insurance is not purchased.

Our CMS Student Council is having an after-school dance tomorrow evening (09/22) before the CHS football game. We just wanted to share the following information with you about the dance:
It will be in our CMS Gym from 4:30 to 6:30.
The cost of the dance is $5.00.
We will be selling pizza, drinks, & snacks in the cafeteria for students to purchase if they would like to do so.
The dance is for CMS students only.
If your student is interested in going to the football game, they can purchase tickets ahead of time for $4.00 in the main office. (Tickets are $7.00 at the gate)
Students will be released to go to the CHS football game at 6:30. If your student is not going to the football game, please pick them up at the middle school parent pick-up side of the building due to the traffic for the football game.
Students may not stay after school from 2:30-4:30 before the dance.
**All proceeds from the dance will go directly to student activities at CMS!! We hope to see our CMS Warriors there for some fun before the Warriors take the field tomorrow night!!
All final payments for the Washington DC trip must be turned into the office by this Friday, September 22nd. Roommates will be selected by students on Monday. Any student that has a remaining balance on Monday will not be permitted to participate in roommate selection and will be placed in available rooms upon payment.

Due to extremely hot conditions in the elementary school, there is no school tomorrow (Wed. September 6) for students in grades PK-5. Students in grades 6-12 will report as usual.
REMINDER: no school tomorrow as it is a Waiver Day. BCC busses will be running.
Students need to be at CHS by 6:55 to get the bus. No pick up or drop off at home!
You may have received a call that your child is absent from school today. This is a software mistake with our new All-Call Provider. Please disregard the call and know that we are working diligently to get this issue resolved!
Many of you have received a hard copy of our district calendar. Please note that there is an incorrect date: March 14, 2024 is listed as a no school waiver day. We do have school on March 14, 2024. It is a regular school day. We apologize for the misprint and any confusion it may have caused.
Carroll County Republican Women's Club presented the captains of the Girls High School Soccer Team with a check for $1000. This donation will be used to help cover the cost of bags and pants. Thank you for your support of our students!
