It was a productive week at CES. Fifth Graders were able to enjoy a potato bar with special guest servers from the school board and administration. These fifth graders planted the potatoes at the Power Center last spring and then returned recently to harvest. First Graders were busy this week. Families were invited to a pep rally. They showed their school spirit by singing the Carrollton Fight Song and First Grade, First Grade. Then teachers shared with families what first grade will look like for their learners this school year. They finished their week by taking a walking field trip to the town square to view the scarecrows and enjoy an ice cream treat from Reminisce.
