The 174th Carroll County Fair opens today - July 15 - and runs through Sunday, July 21. Good luck to all of our 4-H and FFA students that have exhibits! Hopefully you will be able to attend - enjoy some 'fair food' - and celebrate the agriculture community that makes our county special!
